Melodie Bissell

Melodie leads Winning Kids, Inc. with a vision to create winning environments for kids by providing the tools, training and momentum needed to win the race against abuse. Melodie consults regularly with churches, denominations and associations on abuse prevention, risk management and strategic planning. She is a co-author of Plan to Protect, a widely used abuse prevention manual for churches. Melodie has served as Executive Provincial Director for Child Evangelism Fellowship of Ontario and currently serves as the National Facilitator for Childrenšs Ministries with the Christian & Missionary Alliance Churches in Canada. Melodie and her husband Scott attend Toronto Chinese Alliance Church where Scott is the Pastor of English Ministries. They have three teenage children, Joshua, Victoria and Courtney.

 

Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is the Director of the Salt & Light Ministries based near Richmond, VA. Jeff spent eight years as a commissioned officer in the U.S.Army. He left the army to found Salt and Light Ministries. Jeff has performed throughout the world as a featured performer and master teacher at local and national training conferences and seminars in drama, worship arts, music ministry, teacher training, children's ministry, and creative arts.His series of training videos, "Movement for Non-Movers" have helped equip teens and children all over the world to share the gospel through creative ministries and music. In 1995, he was recognized as an honor graduate from Regent University, where he finished his MA degree in Script and Screenwriting. Jeff currently resides in Richmond, VA, with his wife Debbie and their two sons, Benjamin and Samuel.

 

Linda Roussel

Linda is the founder and director of Kids on Track, a ministry with a fifteen year track record of effective ministry to urban kids in Edmonton.She is a community health nurse, mother of two adult daughters involved in ministry and has a one year specialization in multicultural health and services. Linda has extensive experience in connecting and ministering to parents of needy children and a passion to share the gospel with the children.

 

Kristy Joy Chaisson

Kristy's education background is in psychology and sociology, and has worked for the past four years with at risk youth, underaged prostituted and drug addicts in Edmonton. She has volunteered with Kids on Track for over 14 years and been on staff for the past three. She also is a Character Connex presenter, visiting local schools to present character and values education and has extensive experience in hosting outreach events for large groups.

 

Shelley Campagnola

Shelley Campagnola is the Executive Director of Ministry Resource Inc, a Christian consulting ministry focusing on equipping of ministry leaders, churches and organizations for effective ministry. She has served in a variety of children, youth, and adult ministries, as well as in leadership, teaching, pastoral, finance, prison, outreach and mission capacities. Shelley spent the last year (2006/2007) researching the church and mission in Canada with a mind to the engagement of children and youth in the whole life of the church as witnesses and partners in the expression of God's mission. She chairs the Children's Ministry Partnership which operates on the platform of The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada and is an adjunct professor at Heritage College and Seminary, teaching courses in the Children and Family Ministries program. Shelley continually seeks to facilitate faith conversation and expression in a multigenerational and multicultural context. She is currently engaged in a research project exploring the ministry context and needs of women in Canada.

 

Natalie Rogge

Natalie Rogge is passionate about influencing the next generation in Canada to be Christ-followers. This is evident through her involvement with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada over the last ten years as a Children's Specialist, curriculum writer and most recently as part of the Mission Canada team. Along with her responsibilities at a national level, Natalie also serves as Childrenšs Pastor at New Life Church in Milton, Ontario.

 

Jason Noble

Jason Noble is the Director of Children's Ministry Agency for the Assemblies of God. He assists the agency in meeting the many needs of children's pastors and churches. Jason and his wife, Paula, have been children's pastors for the past eight years in two different churches: Seattle Outreach Ministries in Seattle, WA, and most recently at Lakeview Assembly in Stockton, CA. They have four wonderful children: Avi, Ryan, Audree, and Julia. Jason and Paula's passion in ministry is to help children's ministry leaders and pastors reach their fullest potential in ministry and to help them build dynamic children's ministries. They also have a passion to reach kids and to raise them up for ministry.

 

Donna Boone

Donna Boone is the Children's Pastor and POPP Puppets Director at Beulah Alliance Church. Donna and her husband Laurie have been working with children for over 25 years. Pastor Donna and her family travel as a team throughout the world including Africa. As an evangelist, teacher and author Donna shares as a leader in workshops. As well as this hectic schedule, Donna also finds time to perform in schools across the world, universities and corporate events such as The Calgary Stampede, Kraft General Foods corporate functions and City Family Days, etc.

 

Carolyn Burwell

Carolyn is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. During the past 30 years she has been a volunteer, a pastor's wife, a children's pastor, and a staff member at the National Children's Ministries Agency of the Assemblies of God. Her passion is ministering to young children and their families. Carolyn's husband Don is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. They have three adult children and two grandchildren.
