Our flagship conference, the Upswing Children's Ministry Conference, is a premier conference dedicated to training current and emerging leaders in ministry to children.  With an emphasis on "top-drawer" quality in every aspect of the conference, we are committed to providing you with the most inspiring, refreshing and encouraging weekend as well as practically preparing you for the ministry challenges you face.

Concurrent with our conference for adult children's ministry leaders we run a "Kids in Ministry Conference" for grades 4-8! These emerging leaders have the opportunity to be trained, equipped and inspired as they begin a life of service.  Ministry leaders know the value that investing in kids by providing them opportunity for genuine ministry brings to both the minister and the ministry.
